Terms and Conditions for the Rental of a House or Apartment
Important note – The full Terms and Conditions for the Rental of a House or Apartment are detailed in a signed Tenancy Agreement between the Landlord and the Licensee (tenant).

Terms and Conditions for Homestay Accommodation
Important note – These terms and conditions apply to bookings where Wimbledon Accommodation Ltd act as Agent for Homestay accommodation.

Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling either by Debit/Credit card (a 2% surcharge applies to credit cards) or by BAC’s transfer. Bank charges incurred, including the receiving bank’s charges, are the responsibility of the payee.
Any refund of monies can only be made through the same means by which they are received (in line with UK money laundering laws). Debit/Credit card payments will be refunded to the card from which payment was taken. We cannot refund bank charges or the surcharge added to credit card payments. Any bank charges levied by the UK and/or foreign bank when refunding fees is payable by the guest.
You are requested to inform Wimbledon Accommodation Ltd of your estimated arrival time at least 14 days in advance of your arrival. This is to ensure that a member of staff or host family is awaiting your arrival. It is also helpful if you provide us with a contact telephone number and flight details (if appropriate).
Wimbledon Accommodation Ltd acts as an Agent between its Landlords and Tenants and its Accommodation providers and Homestay guests. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, misadventure or accident which may happen during your stay.
YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE which will cover you for Cancellation charges, Medical Expenses or Loss of Personal Belongings as these may not be covered under the Landlord’s or Host families insurance policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
