General: Homestay Bed & Breakfast: This very luxurious family home offers a large guest bedrooms with en-suite facilities. In addition, use of a lovely lounge with tv is offered along with occasional use of the garden. The included Continental Breakfast is served in a large open plan dining room/kitchen.

Top Floor: This is a very large, beautifully furnished Master bedroom 1 measuring 7 metres by 4 metres. It has a super king size bed which can be divided to two single beds, hanging rail and drawer space.  There is a lounge area with 2 comfortable brown leather chairs, a coffee table and a TV.  Modern En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & wc.

In addition to the sleeping accommodation, guests are invited to use a separate lounge room with tv in the evenings or to sit in the garden. This really is accommodation of the highest standard offered by extremely hospitable hosts.

Location: A 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, cafes and Underground station of Southfields. The All England Club is a further 15 minute walk. Wifi is available throughout and the house is smoke free. The owners have two cats but they are not allowed in the accommodation areas.
